The Induction of Plague by Feeding.

In my Report on Epidemic and Epizootic Plague, published in 1904, I discussed more or less fully the modes of transmission of Plague to man and to animals. From my clinical and pathological experience I showed that in addition to the well recognised types of plague, there existed another; namely a gastro-intestinal form, and that this variety is found both in man and in animals.
